In healthy individual all the organs of the body are of normal size and function normally; all the special senses are intact; and the resting pulse rate, blood pressure and exercise tolerance are within the normal range of the individual's age and sex (2). Regular physical activity is an important component of a healthy lifestyle and helps to keep the body fit.
