URL-http://apps.who.int/iris/ The writer visited Nepal from 6 July to 6 September 1971, assigned as a short-term Consultant under WHO Project, Nepal 0019 "Health Education" to: Review progress in implementing recommendations made by the Consultant on a previous assignment and suggest measures for their effective follow-up; Assist in planning, conducting and evaluating a school health education workshop in a selected district as proposed at the national workshop held in December 1970; and assist in developing a plan for further follow-up action in terms of curriculum, teacher training, teaching aids and co-ordination of health, education and Panchayat department activities at the local level.
