स्थलगत बुलेटिन तरिका जिल्लामा अनौपचारिक रुपमा रोजगार कामदारहरु

नेपालको अनौपचारिक क्षेत्र ठुलो जसले करिब एक करोड १० लाख मानिसहरु कुल कामदारको ९० प्रतिसत लाई रोजगारी दिनुका साथै नेपालको कुल गाह्सथ्य उत्पादनमा ५१ प्रतिसतको योगदान गर्ने अनुमान गरिएको छ । अनौपचारिक क्षेत्रको सबै भन्दा ठुलो अन्सा कृषिले वोगतेको भएता पनि सह्रिकर्ण र गामिंन सहरी आप्रवाससंगै सहरी भेगमा गैर कृषि अनौपचारिक क्षेत्र एव आैपचारिक क्षेत्रमा अनौपचारिक रोजगारी बढेको छ सन् २००८ सम्ममा नेपालको कृषि क्षेत्र बाहिर करिव २६ लाख मानिसहरुले तल देखिए अनुसार अनौपचारिक रुपबाट रोजगारी पाएका छन । अनौपचारिक क्षेत्रमा रोजगारी कामदारहरुको धुखा लाग्दो अवस्था प्रस्ट संग अबिलिखित छ र यो कुरा नेपालका लागि अनौठो होइन। प्राय आन्तरिक आपवासीक रुपमा रहेका अधिकांस सिप्बिहीं यी कामदारहरु अत्यट कम आम्दानी गछन र कठिन परिसथितिमा गुजारा गरछन । कम सिप भएकाहरुमा सिमित शिक्षा, अनियमिता कामका अवोसर तथा उचच बेरोजगारी र अध् बेरोजगारी दरले गर्दा आफना रोजगारदाताहरु संग मोलमलाई गर्ने अनौपचारिक कामदार हरुको छेमतालाई अझ कम्जोर बनाउ छ । सरिरिक थकान पूर्ण र चोटपटकको सम्भावना युक्त काम गर्दा स्वाथय बिमा वा अपांगता भएमा दीईने क्षेतिपूर्तिक साथै निबृति भर्नको अभावले यी कामदारहरुलाई बिसेस गरि जोखिममा परदछ ।
