NHRC eBulletin is the 11th issue of volume 6 of NHRC E-Bulletin. The NHRC is Nepal’s National Human Rights Institution with constitutional mandate to work for the promotion and protection of human rights. This bulletin provides an update on the NHRC activities such as: Govt.
