Following news letter are included this NHRC e-bulletin, Volume 6 Issue 1, July 2010.interdiction:-welcome to the 1st volume 6th nhrc e-bulletin,the nhrc is Nepal national human rights institution with constitution mandate to world for the promotion and protection of human rights.this bulletin provides an update on the NHRC activities;-message from the chairperson,Nepal's nhris submit saint report on UPR, UPR upr report entails the following recommendations,nhrc report on custodial draws concerns, human rights situation (2009 july-2010june), decade of nhrc observed,national report on trafficking in nepal made public, achievement of the commission, analysis of complaints registered in NHRC,complaints received on thematic basis,facts discovered from the complaints, follow up investigation conducted, human rights protection activities monitoring on human rights situation(April-june, 2010), human rights situation monitored,child victim of torture and right to education monitored, investigation conducted on torture and rights to live, human rights promotional activities hr awareness programs conducted, workshop on hr reporting and practice held, consultative seminar on UPR bled, int;l day against torture bled , introduction to the SCNHRC project.
