Cessefire Agreement Between The Government of Nepal And The Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) Draft

The government of Nepal hereafter referred to as the government and the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) hereafter referred to as CPN-M.commitment to the declaration of ceasefire by the government and the CPN-M, the fact that groups and individual that are not direct party to the conflict are suffering the consequences of it,the fact that dialogue is the only important way out for the peaceful and lasting resolution of any problem,create a conducive environment for the dialogue between the government and the CPN-M, the Parties agree not to occupy new ground positions or prepare for the reinforcement of any armed group and the movement of armed forces and resources from one area to another.the Parties agree to bioinformatic the mines, self detonating explosives, traps, booby traps etc. within 30 days and remove them within 60 days of the agreement.
