"Nepal is just eight or nine days away from what will be a historic achievement of holding a Constituent Assembly election. UNMIN is here because the United Nations was asked to assist that process and the international community as a whole wants to see that process succeed. So my colleagues working out of this office here in Dhangadhi, as well as those of us in Kathmandu and all our other offices, will do the most we can to make the final stages of this electoral process successful." - Ian Martin
