The condemn recent explosions at the offices of Care nepal in janakpur, and the international Organization of migration in Jhapa, as acts that will only serve to deny peace and development to the people of nepal. fortunately there were no casualties. the UN and the Association of International NGOs in Nepal many of whom are signatories to The Basic Operating Guidelines which helped allow impartial development work to continue during the conflict, are committed to deliver development activities for all of Nepal's diverse people.development activities in Nepal and look forward to their resolution through dialogue and understandingbetween all political and social groups. at the same time, we expect all groups to accept the Basic Operating Guidelines wherever development activities are being carried out, and urge all concerned groups to cease threats violence against development workers and their offices.
