The main debate on Nepal was on Friday night that is when Ian Martin gave a long briefing on the update and the progress of the peace process and UNMIN’s work. This is the standard, regular three-monthly meeting. When you have a Security Council mandated Mission in a country it has to report back to the Security Council every three months on the political situation and on the Mission’s work.
