I illustrated three areas in my last press briefing, which I know you were at although I am not sure everybody here was at, and I indicated those three areas. First, more general support to the implementation of agreements reached. And the importance of that I have again referred to in this statement. Secondly, I referred to the importance of discussion that would lead to long term solutions
regarding combatants who are in the cantonments at the moment, as well as the restrictions on the Nepal Army. I again have stressed that that is crucial for UNMIN, because without those longer term decisions there is no exit strategy from our arms monitoring role. And I referred thirdly, to support public security. And let me say that when I talk about public security, I mean the law and order situation - and I am talking there about the kind of advisory support we indicated we were willing to
provide to the police in the context of security for the election. That is not a reference to any kind of peace keeping or military role. It is a reference to advisory support to policing, which is facing very great challenges and would have faced great challenges if the election had gone ahead on the 22nd of November.
