"This is just the second time in my life I have been to Dhangadhi. The first was in 2005, when I was the Representative for the High Commissioner for the Human Rights and that was a time when the armed conflict around Dhangadhi was very intense. So, I am pleased to come back when the peace process is underway as the head of UNMIN, which has been asked, as you know, to support the peace process and particularly the holding of the Constituent Assembly election in a number of ways."
