This Memorandum on Understanding (MOU)is entered into by the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN women), and the Non Resident Nepali Association (hereinafter "NRNA"). UN women and NRNA are hereinafter jointly referred to as the "parties". Whereas, UN women is the United Nation organization devoted to gender equality and the empowerment of women. It is also responsible effort by the United Nation to promote gender equality, increase opportunities and discrimination throughout the world.
