The important festival season of Dasain and Tihar provides Nepalis with the opportunity to reflect on the past year, as well as on their hopes for the year to come. I am sure that families all over the country have renewed their hope that the political parties resolve their differences and deliver on their promise to the people of Nepal to consolidate peace and establish the basis for restructuring the state through a credible election of the Constituent Assembly.
