Most retail prices monitored in various markets across the country remained stable over the past one month which is an indication of smoothly functioning commodity markets. As per the latest macroeconomic situation report released by the Nepal Rastra Bank, the price index of food and beverage group increased by 10.7 percent in February 2013 compared to 4.1 percent over the same period last year. Supply situation has improved across the country, especially in Solukhumbu, Khotang and Okhaldhunga
