The operational objective of the report are mentioned below:
1. Ensure that standards of protection and assistance are met for all refugees and asylum-seekers, taking into account age, gender and diversity.
2. Continue to provide protection and assistance to all persons of concern, and search for durable solutions.
3. Continue to facilitate third country resettlement for all interested refugees from Bhutan.
4. Reduce the risk of sexual and gender-based violence and improve the quality of response.
5. Advocate for domestic law and practice regarding citizenship to be consistent with international standards, and promote access to citizenship certificates by undocumented Nepalese.
