In 2011, UNHCR aimed to ensure access to asylum, protection and durable solutions for all people of concern to it. Other key objectives were to continue third-country
resettlement for refugees from Bhutan, and ensure that standards of protection and assistance for all people of concern took account of age, gender and diversity.
