This report present the main findings of comprehensive assessment of the impact of HIV/AIDS on the education sectors in Nepal. The epidemic poses a potentially very serious threat to attainment of national education objectives and in particular,the Education for All Goals. It is essential therefore that decisive action is taken by the Ministry of Education and Sports in order to face down this threats. HIV/AIDS determines education in two main way. First,without effective medical interventions,teachers who became infected will eventually become sick an die. Increased morbidity and mortality can have a major impact on teacher productivity and overall capacity of schools to delivered the quality educations. And secondly,the educations of children whose lives are directly affected by HIV/AIDS can be seriously jeopardised. The children who lose challenges,which can be seriously their education.
