Identifying the needs and priorities of the groups in the informal economy that are the most vulnerable to the COVID-19 crisis is essential to develop adequate policy responses. These guidelines provide, a step by step approach to get this knowledge quickly by using methods of collecting information remotely, without interpersonal contact. It is a living methodology that will be improved and enriched on a constant basis.
