UN Nepal in collaboration with the German Embassy, Israel Embassy and EU is conducting the educational outreach program for the International Holocaust Remembrance Day in the government schools in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur. In a connection of the program, UN is planning to work with youth volunteers from different educational institution to conduct educational outreach.
On the second day of the ToT UNRC Ms. Valerie Julliand, German Ambassador Mr.Roland Schafer, Israel Ambassador Mr.Benny Omer, Deputy of Israel Embassy and Representative of European Union explained the volunteers about Holocaust and discussed about Hate Speech that is widely practiced in Nepal.
