Status of TVET institutions in Nepal

Developed by Ministry of Education Science and Technology and UNDP's Support to knowledge and Lifelong Learnings Skills programme, this poster illustrates the status of technical and vocational education and trainings(TVET) insitutions in nepal.

In February 2018, Prime Minister KP sharma Oli announced the government's plans to establish at least one TVET institute in all 753 local levels in the country. Since the announcement, the number of localleels having technical institutes has risen sharply from 332 to 507.
