Expression Of Interest:(Supply Of Food Commodities)

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), Nepal Country Office is in the process of updating a roster of food suppliers for all its programme in Nepal. Interested companies/suppliers are invited to express their interest in supplying food commodities mentioned below:
1. Rice
2. Pulses (Yellow Split Peas, Chick Peas, Whole Peas etc.)
3. White Sugar
4. Iodized Salt
5. Vegetable Oil (Palmolein/Soyabean Oil - Fortified Vit A and Vit D)
6. Fortified Wheat Soya Blend with Sugar
7. High Energy Biscuits
Information on food specification is available at WFP Food Quality and Safety
Management website http://foodqualityandsafety.wfp.org. The interested suppliers may obtain the WFP Vendor Registration Form from the link http://un.info.np or from the main gate of the World Food Programme Country Office in Kathmandu, WFP Sub Offices in Bharatpur, Dadeldhura, Nepalgunj and Damak, free of charge, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. The form should be completed and returned to the World Food Programme Offices by 29 February 2016, along with the documents of ;
(i) Legal Registration documents
(ii) Evidence of latest Tax/VAT clearance
(iii) Company Profile
(iv) HACCP/GMP/ISO certificates for processed food manufacturers.
