सबैका लागि शिक्षाका विश्वव्यापी अनुगमन प्रतिवेदन २ ० १ ५: सार सब्क्षेप उपलब्धि र चुनौतीहरू

सन् २००० मा सेनेगलको डकारमा भएको विश्व शिक्षा मञ्चमा विभिन्न क्षेत्रीय सङ्गगठन , अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सङ्गगठन , दातृ निकाय, गैर सरकारी संस्था र नागरिक समाज लगायत १६४ राष्ट्रका सरकारहरूले सबैका लागि शिक्षाप्रति प्रतिबद्धता जाहेर गर्दै एक कार्य ढाँचामा सहमति जनाए। उक्त डकार कार्य ढाँचामा सन् २०१५ सम्ममा पुरा गरिसक्नुपर्ने ६ ओटा लक्ष्यहरू, तीसँग सम्बन्धित मापदण्ड र तिनको प्राप्तिका लागि सबै सरोकारवालाले अपनाउनु पर्ने १२ ओटा रणनीतिहरू समावेश थिए । सबैका लागि शिक्षाको विश्वव्यापी अनुगमन प्रतिवेदनले सबैका लागि शिक्षाका लक्ष्यहरू र सहस्राब्दी विकासका लक्ष्यहरूमा समावेश गरेका शिक्षासँग सम्बन्धित दुई ओटा लक्ष्यहरूको लगभग वार्षिक रूपमा प्रगति अनुगमन गर्दै आएको छ । सबैका लागि शिक्षाको विश्वव्यापी अनुगमन प्रतिवेदन २०१५ ले डकार कार्य ढाँचामा उल्लिखित लक्ष्य प्राप्तिर्फ सन् २००० देखि लक्षित मितिसम्म भए गरेका कार्यहरूको समग्र प्रगति मूल्याङ्कन प्रस्तुत गर्दछ । यसले विश्वमा सबैका लागि शिक्षाको लक्ष्य प्राप्त भए नभएको र सरोकारवालाहरूले प्रतिबद्धताको पालना गरे नगरेको लेखाजोखा गर्दछ । यसले प्रगतिको गति निर्धारण गर्ने सम्भावित तत्त्वहरूको व्याख्या समेत गर्दछ ।
