बालश्रम विरुद्ध विश्व दिवस (१२ जुन २०१३ )

घरेलु बालश्रम सम्बन्धमा:
१. वैतनिक अथवा अवैतनिक श्रमिकको रुपमा अरुको घरमा काम गर्ने १४ वर्ष मुनिका बालबालिकाहरु
२. रोजगारिमा संलग्न हुन पाउने न्यूनतम उमेर पुगेका तर १८ वर्ष भन्दा कम उमेरका बालबालिकाहरु जो जोखिमयुक्त घरेलु श्रममा संलग्न छन
३. विद्यालय नगई आय आर्जनको लागि पूरा समय काम गर्ने बालबालिकाहरु ।
४. काममा हुनुपर्ने आधारभुत सिद्धान्त र अधिकार सम्बन्धि अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय श्रम संगठनको घोषणापत्र १९९८ ले बालश्रमका प्रभावकारी उन्मुलनलाई उल्लेख गरेको छ ।
५. संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघको बालअधिकार सम्बन्धि महासन्धी, १९८९ ले बालबालिकाहरु आर्थिक शोषण र हानीकारक काम, सबै प्रकारका यौन शोषण तथा दुव्र्यवहार एवं शारीरिक तथा मानसिक हिंसाबाट सुरक्षित हुन पाउने अधिकारका साथ उनीहरुको ईच्छा विपरित आफ्नो परिवारबाट अलग गरिने छैन भन्ने सुनिश्चितता गर्ने आधारभुत अधिकारबारे स्पष्ट व्याख्या गरेको छ ।
