DUDBC informed all agency representatives in the meeting about the following: 1. Many people in VDCs are complaining that they are getting different things from different NGOs.
They feel that communication is missing from agencies – ie it is key to explain what is in the pipeline and when agencies are planning on distributing. 2. Other key issues with specific agencies with be dealt with the DDRC through personal communication to resolve some of these concerns. 3. Humanitarian agencies are requested to not to distribute anything without VDC approval.
