यस स्थलगत बुलेटिन भू- स्वामित्वको स्वरुप तथा सम्बन्धि मुदाहरु -बाके जिल्लाक उदाहरण सुकुमबासी
नेपालका अधिकास मानिसहरुका लागि भुमि सदै जिबिकोपाजनको एउटा महत्वपूर्ण सोत् रही आएको छ । अन्य साधन सोत र आयको सोत अत्यन्त काम भएको देशमा अधिकांस मानिसहरुको सनिमित भूमिको मुख्य स्थान रहेको छ । तसथ य़ेष्ळे दन्द र असिथिरताको सम्भावना पनि नोकेको छ एतिहासिक नेपालमा कैयाै सासक र राज्यहरु थिय जसको असिथित्व भुबात प्राप्त राजस्वमा निहित थियो । सासकहरुले आफनो भूभागको रक्षा, सवलिकरनं तथा विस्तार गर्नका निमित सछेम हुन् भूमिबाट यथा सक्दो अधिक राजस्व उठाउनु उनीहरुको प्रमुख हुनथाल्यो । नेपालको एकिकरण पनि धेरै हद सम्म भुमि बात उठने यो राजस्वमा आश्रित थियो । सामन्ती प्रथा विधामान रहेको अधिकांस दक्षिन एसियामा जस्तै नेपालमा भू- स्वामित्व सधै असमान रहेको छ । एस्तो असमान स्वामित्वको अर्थ सिमित परिवारको अधिनमा धेरै जग्गाको स्वामित्व रहयो र गरिव परिवारलाई खेतीपाती गर्न लगाइयो जसमध्य तर अधिकास मानिसहरुसंग एकदमै कम जग्गाको स्वामित्व रहयो भने कोहि जग्गा बिहिन भई मोहिका रुपमा रहे । परिणाम स्वरुप, समाप्ति राना सासन पस्चाप देसमा बिस्तारै भुमि सुधारको माग बादी छ ।
