सुरेन्द्र फुयाल (बिबिसि नेपाली सेवा); यदि थप अवधिमा शान्ति प्रक्रिया सम्पन्न नभ​एमा विशेष गरि सेना समायोजन र पुनर्स्थापना अपूर्ण नै रहयो भने कार्यदेश पून: थप गर्ने संभावना छ​? महासचिवका प्रतिनिधि: यो नै अन्मिनले थप गरिएको कार्यदेश अन्तिम हो भन्ने मान्यता कै आधारमा म काम गर्द्छु । सुरक्षा परिषदको प्रस्ताव १९३९ म प्रयोग गरिएको भाषाबाट एकदमै स्पष्ट छ​।
