सबैका लागि शिक्षाको विश्वव्यापी अनुगमन प्रतिवेदन शिक्षण र सिकाइ सबैका लागि गुणस्तर सुनिश्चित गर्न​ शिक्षण र सिकाइ

विगत दशकमा प्रगति हासिल गरिए तापनि, सबैका लागि शिक्षाका लक्ष्य पूरा गरिसक्न तोकिएको समयसीमा भेटिन दुई वर्षन्दा कम समय बाँकी रहँदा के स्पष्ट भइसकेको छ भने सन् २०१५ सम्ममा एउटा मात्र लक्ष्य पनि पूरा हुने अवस्था देखिँदैन । यस वर्षो सबैका लागि शिक्षाको विश्वव्यापी अनुगमन प्रतिवेदनले विगतका दशकमा सबैभन्दा सीमान्तकृत अवस्थामा परेका समुदाय शिक्षाको अवसरबाट निरन्तर रूपले वञ्चित रहेको तथ्यमा पर्याप्त प्रकाश पारेको छ । अन्तिम चरणमा भए तापनि ज्यादै ढिला भइसकेको भने छैन, त्यसैले प्रगति हासिल गर्न गति तीव्र पारेर लक्ष्यमा पुग्नुपर्ने छ । सन् २०१५ पछिको शैक्षिक कार्यढाँचा तयार गर्दा नयाँ चुनौतीको सामना गर्नुका साथसाथै विगतमा बाँकी रहेको दायित्व पनि पूरा गर्ने प्रावधान अगाडि बढाउनु र्पर्छ । कोही पनि छुटेको छैन भनी अनुगमन गर्ने सूचकका साथ कार्यढाँचामा स्पष्ट र मापनीय लक्ष्य निर्धारण गर्ने, सरकार तथा दातृ निकायहरूले स्पष्ट वित्तीय लक्ष्य निर्धारण गरेमा मात्र सन् २०१५ पछिका शैक्षिक लक्ष्यहरू हासिल हुने छन् ।
